Abdul Beecham is the founder of 300 Plus and a professional offensive lineman who has experienced the game at nearly every level. After playing college football at Kansas State University, Abdul continued his career with organizations including the Kansas City Chiefs, Los Angeles Rams, and St. Louis Battlehawks.

His journey through football inspired him to create 300 Plus — a platform built specifically for the men in the trenches. Having lived the offensive lineman experience himself, Abdul understands how often OL and DL can be overlooked despite being at the heart of the game. Through media coverage, athlete development, interviews, and community partnerships, his mission is to give big men the exposure, recognition, and opportunities they deserve while helping grow the next generation of trench players.

Dwayne Wallace is a former professional offensive lineman with experience at tackle and guard. He played college football at Riverside City College, UC Berkeley (Cal), and the University of Kansas before pursuing NFL opportunities with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Chicago Bears in 2019. His professional career also included the XFL’s Los Angeles Wildcats, D.C. Defenders, and San Antonio Brahmas.

Today, Wallace serves as a Host and Recruiter for 300 Plus, using his football experience to spotlight high school athletes, evaluate talent, and connect players with recruiting opportunities. Through sports media, mentorship, and relationships with collegiate programs, he is dedicated to helping the next generation of athletes succeed on and off the field.

Keandre Stevenson is a Co-Founder of 300+ and a former collegiate football player with experience competing at an elite 6A program in Texas before continuing his playing career at the historic Blinn College.

A versatile offensive lineman who played both tackle and center, Keandre developed a comprehensive understanding of the position and the demands of the trenches. As a center, he served as an anchor and leader of the offensive line, developing a strong understanding of the cerebral and technical aspects of the game. His football IQ and technical approach provide him with a unique perspective on what it takes to develop and succeed as an offensive lineman. With a degree in exercise and sports science, Keandre brings expertise beyond the field, providing guidance on athlete wellness, physical preparation, body maintenance, recovery, and long-term development. His approach emphasizes building athletes who are prepared to perform at a high level while maintaining their health and longevity throughout their careers.
